What: Black Rock Arts Foundation Grant
Eligibility: Artists, collaborative projects that are interactive, installation, community oriented
Deadline: 15 January 2010 for 2010 grant cycle

The mission of the Black Rock Arts Foundation is: To support and promote community-based interactive art and civic participation. For our purposes, interactive art means art that generates social participation. The process whereby this art is created, the means by which it is displayed and the character of the work itself should inspire immediate actions that connect people to one another in a larger communal context.

Call for proposals for solo and collaborative exhibitions. Selected artists will work with curators to produce solo or group exhibitions. Emphasis on contemporary art with special preference for installation or new media. 525 square foot space.
